New Delhi. Brazil will decide on Neymar’s participation in the tournament after their World Cup match against Cameroon. Neymar suffered a right ankle injury in the team’s first match against Serbia. After this, he was dropped from the team for the rest of the group matches. Due to injury, he will not be able to play even in the last group match against Cameroon.

Brazil’s assistant coach Kleber Javier said on Thursday, “He is making progress.” We are focussing on the match against Cameroon and then we will start the process of deciding about these players. We already have a plan ready for his return.

Javier did not elaborate on the plan. The doctors of the Brazil team have not yet told the deadline for Neymar’s return, nor have they told whether he will be able to return to the tournament or not.
