In order to get the discount, the customer’s account status and incoming transactions must be active
The customer will get a discount by successfully completing the transaction from his own bKash account
The merchants participating in the development and campaign reserve the right to change / modify the terms and conditions of the campaign and the merchant / outlet participation or cancel the entire campaign at any time without any prior announcement.
If a particular transaction and / or customer’s transaction activity raises a reasonable suspicion that the campaign facility has been misused by the customer, the merchants participating in the development and campaign reserve the right to cancel the customer’s discount.
If the merchant cannot ensure the availability and delivery of any product, bKash will not assume its responsibility, bKash only provides payment services to the customer. If the merchant returns the price to the customer for not being able to deliver the product properly, bKash is not obliged to reinstate the customer’s discount limit for that particular transaction. The customer will be deemed to have accepted the discount offer
If a customer makes a wrong payment, the customer is requested to contact the merchant authority.
How to add bKash account in Foodpanda app:
Go to foodpanda and select to order the items of your choice
Go to your cart and select the ‘review payment and address’ option
Go to the checkout page, go to ‘add payment method’ option and select ‘bKash’
Now select the ‘place order’ option, you will be redirected to your bKash account
Agree to the terms and conditions and provide bKash account number, OTP and bKash PIN number
Your account will be saved.

- যদি মার্চেন্ট কোনো পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা ও ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে না পারে, সেক্ষেত্রে বিকাশ তার দায়ভার নেবে না, বিকাশ কেবল গ্রাহককে পেমেন্ট সেবা দেয়। মার্চেন্ট যদি গ্রাহককে কোনো পণ্য সঠিকভাবে ডেলিভারি করতে না পারার কারণে মূল্য ফেরত দেয়, তাহলে বিকাশ ঐ নির্দিষ্ট লেনদেনের জন্য গ্রাহকের ডিসকাউন্ট লিমিট পুনর্বহাল করতে বাধ্য নয়। গ্রাহক ডিসকাউন্ট অফারটি গ্রহণ করেছেন বলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে
