Kajal Aggarwal gave a befitting reply to body shamers who commented on her pregnant look
Kajal Aggarwal’s post read, I am dealing with the most amazing new developments in my life, my body, my home and most importantly my workplace. Also, some of the comments/body shaming messages/memes are not important to me. Let’s learn to be kind and if it’s too hard, just live and let live. Moving on, Kajal revealed that it is no wonder that there are physiological changes in the body during pregnancy.
Hormonal changes cause our belly and breasts to get bigger as the baby grows and our body prepares for breast feeding. We may also be more tired than usual and have more frequent mood swings. Also, after giving birth, it may take some time for us to get back to the way we were before, or we may not completely get back to the way we looked before pregnancy. and it’s okay
Ending on a high note, Kajal says that there is no need to feel abnormal for the changes that happen during pregnancy. She also advises other pregnant women not to stress over anything. We don’t need to fit into a box or stereotype and we don’t need to be uncomfortable or pressured during the most beautiful, miraculous and precious phase of our lives.
We must remember that the whole process of giving birth to a little one, is a celebration that we are privileged to experience. It is really unfortunate that any woman goes through this situation where she has to remind body shamers of her past. The difficulties she is facing as she prepares to bring a new life into the world.
